Quality Inn & Suites Near the Theme Parks, Orlando

It was good except for room situation.

Liked: Location and breakfast.
Disliked: Giving our room AWAY to somebody else - we got it back but unsettling!

Convenient to Fairgrounds, good basic value. Clean and spacious room at a reasonable price. Would use again.

Never had problems checking into a hotel. Rude, inconsiderate and nasty.

Disliked: Hotel needs to be updated in the room and cleaning. I broke out in hives as soon as I got into the bed. There was no additional rooms left because they were sold out. I told the front desk as I was checking out because they asked how was my day and they

Liked: Decent breakfast options and staff were accommodating.
Disliked: My first room smelled of mold I was able to change rooms and a few days into my stay I was asked to switch rooms again due to repairs needing to be made to my room. When I got my new room the floors were coming up. House keeping also came into my room to clean despite my do not disturb sign. They took the sign off the door and cleaned my room.

Liked: Staff service was great but the room was tiny and the washroom was congested and smell was bad
Disliked: Room was very tiny and ac made a lot of noise while sleeping

Great location for Universal, clean...

Liked: Great location for Universal Studios, room was clean and comfortable, we overlooked the back facing the pool, a little bit of noise from the road but not enough to be an issue. Staff were great, very friendly and helped if we needed it. Nice reception area, breakfast is OK, bagels,toast,muffins, waffles,yoghurts,coffee, which we thought was plenty. A couple of fast food places to eat and a Walgreens a few mins drive.
Disliked: The shuttle to Universal leaves at 8am and returns at 5.30pm, just once a day there and back, Ubers are cheap at around 8 dollars, its cheaper than parking. I wouldnt really say they offered park shuttles. Check out is 11am, We had a longhaul flight back to the UK in the evening and there wasnt a courtesy room to shower and change before we left.

Liked: The only good things are the location and luggage storage.
Disliked: Everything is very outdated and the room was especially musty smelling. It was clean but the furniture and carpets were very stained. The breakfast was not great and there was no coffee or water available. Check in was painfully slow as well.
