Please do not go to this hotel. False advertising, ghetto, and horrible customer service.
Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast because you had to go next door to eat and it was only 3 food items included. I asked for toast and was charged $5.40. The staff was looking totally unprofessional and the swimming pool was totally destroyed and looked horrible. I was so glad to checkout because I was truly disappointed and unsatisfied.

Nightmare on elm street

Disliked: Everything staff safety cleaning no TV no phone to contact front desk. Asked from refund they refused. Said was booking. Coms problem. I still haven't got anything back

Liked: Only thing good was the location.
Disliked: They requested a $100 room deposit that was not disclosed during the booking process. The room was not properly furnished. No chair to relax in and the work desk chair would not stay up. Everything was bad about this room.

Disappointed for a Quality Inn...
Liked: Close to STL airport
Disliked: Bed frame was a metal cot that made noise when moving in bed. Cigarettes type odor inside room. You could hear noises from hallway. Shower head loose, not enough lighting inside the room. Carpet worn out and full of holes in the hallway.
