Quality Hotel And Conference Center

If you are a smoker – this is the hotel for you! The hotel smells like stale cigarette smoke the moment you walk into the lobby. I called after making the reservation to make sure my room was as far away from the smoking rooms as possible – due to allergies...and needless to say – it was not. As we walked down the hallway to our room --- the smell of smoke got stronger and stronger --- I knew this wasnft a good sign. As you walk down the narrow hallway... One room is marked gnon-smokingh...the next room you come to gsmokingh. I mean seriously...?? The back entrance door didnft lock --- and I found this to be a little disturbing --- pretty much anyone could walk in the back door at any time. I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to move us to the other gnon-smokingh hallway...but we declined the offer, as we didnft think it would make much of a difference.

Do not stay here if at all possible. Nothing at all positive to say about this hotel.

Overall stay just okay. If not for the assistant general manager's kindness and willingness to help, we would have contacted the corporate office. The hotel is maybe a 2 star, the breakfast was never replenished unless you asked, I specifically requested 3 towels and wash clothes, and nothing more from housekeeping, but they only left two every time! We asked them not to clean the rooms (we had two) so leaving enough towels for the three of us in one room should have been easy! The toilet didn't work in the second room we were given, although we notified staff several times. The first room smelled like animal urine and the carpet was disgusting! Had to request a roll away so many times I lost count, and finally had one brought to the room after 11:30pm! It was for our 11 year old who needed it at least an hour earlier. Major drawback is no elevator! Overall, would not stay again!
