Very Disappointing

Liked: We have NEVER had this happen in all the time we have been with booking.com We were so upset My wife was in a lot of pain and needed to rest We got to the hotel and there was a sign on the door CLOSED INTILL FURTHER NOTICE WOW Please take this place off your list and make sure no one else has to go through this We have asked for our money back we ended up going down the road almost 15 miles to find another hotel
Disliked: It wasn't open BIG SIGN ON THE DOOR CLOSED TILL FURHTER NOTICE My poor wife I am nervous now on how often booking com updates their site Please fix this I have never had this happen before with your company

Liked: what a freaking joke. this place has been closed for 3 years! how are you still taking reservations? we were shocked when we pulled up, closed up, overgrown and looked bad. had a difficult time finding another place to stay and overpaid. not very happy with your website
