Liked: The staff were all pleasant and greeted us with a smile anytime they saw us. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. Fred helped me both times. I called the front desk from my room with a few questions, and they responded quickly, which was appreciated.The pool and hot tub were clean and so fun. I loved the number and choices of pillows on the bed. The hair dryer provided was good quality. The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill was also very good, as were the staff. I would definitely stay there again!
Disliked: I was not sure how to order room service and may have liked that on one occasion. I would have liked a mouthwash included in the toiletries provided in the room.

Liked: Everything was great. The one thing I would suggest may be throwing in a continental breakfast with the room. Some pastries or muffins.
