It was a nice place; the website didn't mention that neither parking nor breakfast was included in the room package.

Liked: Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: My room package didn't come with parking nor breakfast.

Liked: Great room with a view; excellent valet and customer service.
Disliked: No safe or mini fridge in the room; Wi-Fi not included.

The staff was outstanding. They were helpful, and made me feel like I was special. I also noticed they treated everyone else with respect and made them feel exceptional. Thank you for your employees!

Liked: All staff were wonderful, professional, cheerful and it was a pleasure being around each and eveyone of them.
Disliked: They were out of king size beds but it worked out OK.

Liked: Very clean; beautiful; great location and staff was over the top!

Liked: Room service was quick
Disliked: Was having a medical procedure and asked for an early cleaning at the front desk while I was having the procedure. It was not done as either the front desk failed to communicate to housekeeping or the latter ignored it. When I got back from the procedure I was required to line down for rest of the day so no cleaning could be done. Disappointing.

I would stay again here

Liked: The staff in the restaurant were fantastic
Disliked: Unfortunately the front desk man,was unpleasant,when we checked in. Very uncomfortable experience!He made us feel like we were in the wrong place,VERY Distasteful!The valets did not have my information correctly. I was late for my appointment, due to waiting on my vehicle.$54. for that,is Ridiculous!!!! The room needs attention! It was apparent that the cleaning staff are not satisfactory,Dust and Filthy surfaces! Would not expect that from the Marriott!Would like to see management make some serious improvements,it could be a more successful business.
