Disliked: The older building, lights went out twice, cold initially. Not all the outlets worked. The hallways were very very narrow and the bathroom space and showers were really tiny.

Extremely friendly and professional staff...

Liked: The Pine Hill Arms was very cosy and well run. Our room was basic but very clean with plenty of fresh towels and nice quality cotton bedding. The hotel was obviously run w a lot of love and care by Jane and her team. This is the friendliest staff and guests too. Many guests drink and dine in the ski lodge inspired restaurant. We met so many of the guests who I was told live there on the weekends to come up to ski. We’ll be back for sure.
Disliked: Though well prepared I wish the restaurant had some healthier options. However the fried chicken is fantastic.
