Got upgraded to the Premier Suite and it was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed and great location.

Liked: Room was excellent. Close to Cobbs.
Disliked: Neighborhood is a bit loud.

Fantastic and Exceeded Expectations!

Liked: Every aspect of the experience was top notch--there was no category for "SPIRIT/ENTHUSIASM" but if there were, I would have given them a 10! Everyone was so friendly and there were amazing activities offered, movies, ice cream in lobby one day...all fantastic!

Exceeded our expectations

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to the heart of Fisherman's Wharf, in a safe location with lots of food and grocery options close by. Very clean room with ample space, a great coffee machine and the free laundry facilities on suite was a massive bonus.

Liked: Every staff was very accommodating, they made us feel priority & welcomed us and made sure our stay was comfortable & safe. Exceptional valet service. My family and I love everything about our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that work the days and nights we were there. We will comeback.

Fabulous hotel. Staff are amazing!

Liked: Location was amazing. Staff absolutely brilliant. Hotel amenities fabulous. Laundry facilities, games for kids, relaxing courtyard where you could pop a bottle of wine and chill. Loved the ambiance of the hotel and all the staff seemed to love working here. Had 3 days and felt looked after. Definitely on our list of hotels to return too. Ooh and a decent coffee machine in room! Offered suggestions and activities as well. Loved everything about this hotel. Area around has great restaurants and location is two minute walk to piers and Fisherman’s Wharf. Great part of city.
Disliked: Nothing! Well deserved a 10 score!
