I want a refund

Liked: The views were pretty
Disliked: Low of staff room request not met no Rob no slippers as stated food was wasn’t edible there map and website have hours of operations wrong on both of them your supposed to get an activity with your stay and none of the staff can figure out what’s going on it was way over priced request we not met food wasn’t edible or hot and they’ve double charged me for a few items

Disliked: Top of the rock for dinner. Steak was good as was the mac and cheese, the food was weak after that point. Staff was strong,

Liked: Breakfast was good but expensive for what it was. The location and view were beautiful. Location is central and close to both downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Disliked: The pool was not heated and was too cold to even use. It looked beautiful and I'm sure in the summer it is fabulous but it is advertised as being available year-round and was not due to it not being heated. No indoor pool, either. Common areas had more of a nightclub vibe than a family-friendly hotel.
