Great stay at the Phoenix Inn. I had some issues with a noisy next door neighbor, but a call to the front desk took care of the problem. Its my favorite place to stay in Bend. I love the short walk to town, plenty of free parking and they even have bikes!

My husband and I were traveling with our young children when we stayed at the Phoenix Inn. It was a wonderful hotel. The front desk staff was kind and very helpful. We arrived much later than we anticipated and the staff was very helpful in getting us to our room and assured us their parking lot was safe for our car. This was an important issue for us as we were on vacation and had quite a bit in our car. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and I loved that they gave your Bath and Body Works care products. We tried to stay again on our way back through Oregon however the hotel was all booked. My husband and I have already made plans to stay again when we come back on our own to visit the breweries. Thank you!
