Disliked: Stained carpets due to nowhere to sit. The hairdryer was broken

Dirty overpriced hotel

Liked: The location... that's about it.
Disliked: It's the kind of hotel where you walk in and realize that you need to immediately check for bed bugs before you put your luggage in the room. But it's priced like a high end place. The carpets were aggressively stained, the bathroom looked like there had been a fight in it (the sink, toilet, and shower had large cracks throughout), and the room smelled like feet.Additionally, despite paying on booking.com, they charging my card again for the full rate. When we called to complain, they took the charge off, then three days later, we saw the charge re appear on our credit card bill and had to call and request that they remove it again.I'm not someone who writes bad reviews (I've been working in the restaurant business too long to do that), however, this place was so rough and opposite what I had read on previous reviews, that someone's gotta warn the next person. It's a great location, but what you get is no way worth the price.

Liked: Great for hanging out in PB. Close all PB has to offer.
Disliked: Ordered a king room and got a queen room.

There was no phone. Carpets...

Liked: I didn't know there was breakfast.
Disliked: Beds were good. Size of room was nice.

Disliked: They charged me three separate times for the room after my stay. I am back home and still have a night pending. Even though I paid bookings in advance. The guy at the front desk asked us if there was anyone in our room as we were entering. Very unprofessional. I am working with an attorney now to see what is possible compensation for all the trouble
