Liked: The resort facilities, location, spaciousness and comfort were excellent. The bath is epic!
Disliked: There was no kettle and not enough pans. A medium sized pan would have been helpful for a family of 4.

Liked: Quiet, comfortable, clean, large accommodation & great value
Disliked: More than 1 portion of laundry powder would have been beneficial especially as there was no housekeeping service - stayed for 1 week and towels etc could've done with a wash

Pleasant stay

Liked: Nice sized clean apartment with all the necessities included for self sufficiency, seem to have thought of everything, even small sachet of soap powder provided for washer/dryer. Good pool area with plenty of Sunbeds, friendly staff.
Disliked: Not the fault of the property but really noisy guests upstairs, shouting, banging till gone midnight. No on-site restaurant Pool bar shut Monday & Tuesday so nowhere to get drinks or snacks.Only a couple of restaurants within walking distance.After a long flight from U.K. & arriving late would be good to have basics ( milk, bread etc) available to buy from reception.

This resort is a great...

Liked: The check-in process was incredibly fast and easy. I was super impressed with that! The condo offered two bedrooms in the unit and both bedrooms were perfectly sized. I enjoyed the full kitchen as well as the washer and dryer in-unit. Unlike some of the reviews, I did not spot a single bug in my unit. The unit was a little bit dated, but I think the facility did the best they could with what they had to keep it clean and nice. The pool was extremely nice and well maintained.
Disliked: The view from the screened in balcony was of the dumpsters and backed up against a lackluster tree line. It would also have been helpful if there were elevators at this resort, especially with our unit being on the third floor. Also, even though check out is at 10a, there was someone opening our door at 8a to start cleaning up our unit, which I did not like at all. Luckily I had the deadbolt on, or they would have barged right in unannounced.

Liked: My trip was for family as I stayed solo in a condo and my brother in law and his family stayed and another. My room was exceptional. Very clean, very big spacious and comfortable. The staff was great and the pool and surrounding areas were very neat and clean, made for a very comfortable vacation.. Definitely would come back
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is. It didn't have an elevator for my 3rd floor condo. But I don't mind taking the stairs, so worked out for me.

Disliked: 1 of our 2 keys didn't work, had the guy at front desk fix it but 2nd time was not working.
