Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The AC was very noisy. The location seems to be in a part of the town with many homeless people. There were not many good restaurants around there.

Liked: The location was very good with free parking.
Disliked: I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during our recent stay at your establishment.Originally, our room was located on the first floor. However, due to significant noise disturbances caused by someone walking around the room above us, we found it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The disturbances persisted until 4 am, disrupting our sleep and causing considerable discomfort.In light of this experience, we kindly request a room change to one located on the second floor. We believe that relocating to a higher floor will mitigate the impact of noise from neighboring rooms and provide a more peaceful environment for rest.Additionally, I would like to suggest the installation of carpeting on the second floor as a potential solution to minimize noise transmission between rooms.

Liked: The front desk guy was so great. He moaned me a phone adapter and trusted that I would give it back. He said I could leave the car parked the next day so I can take a long walk.The alarm clock for 15 minutes off, so I was late for breakfast.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom was so loud they couldn’t use the phone at the same time it was on. The lightbulb was missing on the wall by the TV.
