Stayed for an event at Terminal 5 and it was a very good room and stay. But for the price I paid for 1 night I expected a bit more luxury. The rooms had no fridge or microwave. All in all it was worth it for the location to the venue for a day and night of rest after my flight.

Liked: I don't know because I didn't get a chance to stay there because I got sick last Saturday. My sister andvl was supposed to stay there I got sick Saturday. So I couldn't go. I text and told you gutsbi was sick. Anyway I came here to see my brother slwho was putbon hospice. And I got sick then I couldn't govsee him. This trip have been a disaster. I was very glad to see my sister and brother but it was a horrible journey. I will not come back at least not without my family.. ibwould like to get avrefundbon this stay. If not all I wan5 all but something. I was sobsick I was dizzy just outbox it. I couldn't breathe. So I had to call my doctor and she call in 5vscrips for me 2 of themvwasbinhalers andbivalready had one. Anyway I did not stay there. And I want my money refunded because I didn't plan on getting sick. It was simply horrible. I'm from Oklahoma City Oklahoma. I was going to go to ER but I didn't want to do that. I just think I was sick and exhausted from everything. But any rate I got very sick and couldn't do anything but stay in bed from morning to night. Just very very sick. So I'm asking you to please give me a refund of that stay. I'm sick sick I will be leaving to go back soon. I book with you guys all the time. Andbon top of everything I askbyou guys not to send me back to me and that what you guys did. Anyway I want avrefundvor I will never book with book.com anymore. Or your hotel. Liked: Terrific location, excellent view of Times Square from our room, hotel felt safe, staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room was not very clean (three items from prior guest were left behind, lots of dust) and the room was a bit shabby (broken drawer in vanity, damaged blinds, stains in bathroom)

Liked: I loved the location, the staff, the doormen, and the interior of the lobby was pleasant. Everyone was helpful and kind. Live music in the lobby is a nice touch
Disliked: The room was smaller than it appears online and more dated than the photos. The elevator refurbishment was a big inconvenience. The room itself lacked proper lighting, the shelves in the dresser were broken and kept falling out. Additionally, the entire room lacked hooks (for towels coats etc) there is only one hook in the whole bathroom which was a pain. There was no fridge or microwave in the room either
