Pleased with stay except for...

Liked: Property had several good restaurants.
Disliked: The pool was nice but not enough chairs. There was enough space for more chairs so people won’t have to constantly walk around the pool deck to wait for someone to get up from their chair so they have somewhere to sit. It was annoying to try and find a chair at the pool.

Liked: location on the strip. Bordeaux tower was convenient.
Disliked: needs to be updated. lack of cleanliness in the rooms. hair in bathroom. box springs were visibly dirty. the windows were very dirty. there was music that played until 4 in the morning. al least have a warning or supply ear plugs.

Disliked: Old furniture, un maintained, dirty carpet in the room, dirty furniture- the chair and otoman were full of stains.Checkin and check out experience very bad. 1 hour lines for both and self checkout machine was working very slow.

Disliked: I was double charged for my room. I was charged for three nights before I arrived then they had no record of this I showed my bank statements of three nights prepaid and was told to let Booking.com argue for me or my bank. I am not happy and out an additional thousand or more dollars!!

Liked: Great location in the middle of the Strip.Room was big and clean.
Disliked: Credit card details should be sufficient as deposit. I disliked being charged 50$ a night for deposit.
