Oh I’m definitely staying again. Good area, friendly staff and very clean. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had a fantastic visit...

Liked: Our room was excellent. Great beds. Lovely kitchen and a wonderful shower. Everything in hotel was spotless. Excellent location too. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Nothing at all to report.

Liked: Comfortable rooms, great location, convenient access to public transit (some downtown attractions were within walking range, and there was a subway station just a block away down the street)
Disliked: Having to use my room key for elevator access was a hassle (especially since the key sensor was only on one side); no clear way to lock the bathroom door; sometimes the bathroom door sounded as if someone was trying to force it in, which was very alarming

Liked: Quiet room and pleasant bar
Disliked: The shower was lovely to look at but could not figure out how to operate the different shower heads or temperature. Couldn't this be simpler or at least have some instructions?
