Disliked: Room had very unpleasant view on the dirty roof at eye level . I understand it was a bad luck to get that particular room ; and other rooms may have nice view but I am just sharing my experience . On top of that I was double charged first when I booked the hotel with prepaid option and then when I gave my card for security purpose. It’s been a week since I checked out , I am contacting the property ever day and I was not refunded yet . Definitely not Marriott standards .. especially for such a posh place like Palm Beach FL ….

Disliked: The service were really slow. Check in took longer than 40 minutes as they did not find my reservation… until I saw my name on the reservation list of the hotel …

Would not recommend staying here...

Liked: Nothing. I had to have my room changed three times due to ants being in first hotel and lack if cleanliness in the second one.
Disliked: The hotel manager was less than accommodating regarding my concerns due to booking through this site.
