Pros: The hotel was perfect and the wonderful breakfasts amazing. I look forward to returning when I stay in Santa Cruz again!! The owners have done a great job of making it a cozy friendly place. Rather nice to have your own designated parking spot too!

This end of Pacific doesn't look like much, but once inside, I enjoyed the surroundings. The room was very clean and spacious and modern. The bed is extremely comfortable. Easy to walk downtown.

Pros: Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast not offered, even though the hotel brochure states that it is an opt-out. Priceline wording for breakfast included was not honored, and I feel like the staff/owners missed a chance to shine.

Pros: Free parking in Santa Cruz is a big plus.

Cons: There is an arena near the hotel that hosts basketball games. Parking is at a premium in Santa Cruz. I returned from an evening out with friends, to find no hotel parking availble.
