Liked: Central location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Extremely outdated. Hairdryer nearly started on fire, but they sent a new one up immediately.Lights in the room flickered and lamp shades were moldy.Strong scent of weed everywhere.

Overall, it was a great...

Liked: The staff was very friendly everywhere we encountered them. The room and bathroom were clean with sufficient supplies. The property was quiet despite being busy. Great view and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The parking lot wasn’t the best but not a big deal.

Liked: The room was a good size. Location
Disliked: People were drinking and arguing in the hot tub. Staff came down and did nothing. The dry sauna was not functioning. Multiple holes in the walls and ceiling in our room that had been poorly fixed. The security cameras on our floor were missing. The toilet was used when we checked in and the vanity had hair on it. The water out of the sink smelled like it had more chemicals in it than the pool and for a king size room we were given one coffee, one decaf and one tea packet. They allow animals which is amazing but should care about the rest of their guests enough to do something when a dog is barking all night. Lastly we had housekeeping at our door at 0920 when check out is at 1100.

Liked: Very cozy atmosphere. Loved the fireplace in the main lobby area and wood laminate floors in the rooms. Rooms are spacious. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty well rounded; a notch above Hampton Inn.
Disliked: The only negative of our short visit was the floor of our room could’ve been vacuumed a wee better. I brought my yoga mat to do yoga in the room and there were crumbs/particles on the floor alongside the bed. Even so - I travelled for 20 years for a living and this hotel overall gets very high marks for cleanness. Bathroom, bed and hotel itself are really clean.
