Liked: The breakfast was very good. It was part of our decision to stay there. The front desk staff were welcoming. Close proximity to shopping etc.
Disliked: I ordered an Irish Coffee -over $10 and it was lukewarm with no presentation ( coated rim, whipped cream ) . Definitely not worth that much!!! We were not informed that with a 2 night stay, our room would not be made up. We asked about it after the first night but didn't get an explanation until check out the next day. On past stays, charging of our electric car was free. This time, we knew there would be a fee and had the proper card for this. It would not connect - what happens to guests who don't have Charge Point ? We were not able to charge our car there ( remember - this was another reason we chose to stay with you) and the front desk staff were unable to help us.

Disliked: Just cleanliness besides the room would have been more appreciated

Liked: Staff were great and hotel was clean. Bathroom modern. Great for dog friendliness
Disliked: Couch was ripped. Sheets had balled and pillows lumpy. Breakfast was pretty terrible.
