Liked: The facilities were very clean and everything was in good condition. Great location,you can walk to everywhere.

Good value, great rooms.

Liked: The location and the amenities of the suite.
Disliked: Payed parking. But that's inevitable in downtown Ottawa.

Be weary of parking to...

Liked: All was fine with room
Disliked: We were told we could leave our car on the street for parking and we came back to a 80 dollar ticket. The staff was apologetic and claimed they would have refunded if we had purchased through them but could not reimburse given it was through booking site. Anyhow it left a big damper on our experience

Liked: Room size and restaurant food
Disliked: Need better cleanliness, had to pay $36 for parking , not enough parking. Need more staff at night. Restaurant also needs more staff and better cleanliness.

A nice and convenient suite...

Liked: Location. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Our particular suite was much smaller than the ones from our previous stays.

Great hotel in an ideal...

Liked: Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants and anything else you would need.
Disliked: Underground parking is tight but it does the trick

One of my favorite

Liked: Modern ,clean, organized hotel. Very friendly staff,including the maintanance and everyone. The rooms are super clean and i really like the eco awareness . Right in the centre so everything you want or need is a walking distance.The cute butiques , restaurants coffees and the museums. I just love the place . We had a little dog with us they are very flexible with pets as well. I am quite picky with hotels so this one one of my favorite.
Disliked: The weather lol. Everything was great.
