Disliked: Everything room was disgusting got offered 5 other rooms and ended up leaving and booking elsewere

Liked: The staff is friendly and helpful, always greet everyone with the warmest smile .
Disliked: Tub was flooded , but maintenance came through and got it fix .

Disliked: Found roaches, bathroom smelled like peeing and booked a hotel with from pool view and there was no view.

Liked: The front desk staff was super nice and friendly. Also there to help in anyway they can. No roaches or bugs. Close to Universal and restaurants.
Disliked: Even though they are under construction some things just need to be attended to. Mattresses were very nasty and bed was broke. Furniture is very old. No bag or top to ice bucket. Toilet tank very moldy as well as light mold in showers. No ventilation
