Not a "4 star" hotel as stated on this site.

Liked: The location, as it was close to where we needed to get to.
Disliked: We had to assume we needed to go inside to request valet service. Breakfast was limited.

Liked: Bed was comfy and room was clean
Disliked: 400 dollars for a night. They offer nothing extra snacks and drinks in room are not included. We had no hot water. We ended up using another room to shower and they had more supplies of body soap and shampoo then we had. No coffee machine bar was closed. This hotel really offered nothing but a bed to sleep in.

Liked: We love the Onyx. Great little hotel close to TD Graden. Nice rooms. Small, but that's OK with us.
Disliked: No on-site parking, but they do offer valet parking.

Liked: Couldn't beat the location to the TD Garden, it was a short walk, very convenient after a concert. The rooms were decent too.
Disliked: The shower in the room was weird, made a weird noise at times and water wasn't very hot.
