Overall I was not happy and will not stay there again.

Liked: Good location and restaurant.
Disliked: AC had a very strange smell; luckily I had a sliding door I could open to remove the smell. The bathtub ran out of hot water before filling up.

Liked: Great room; very nice hotel! Convenient as well.
Disliked: Check out time.

Disliked: The TV didn’t work, the AC couldn’t cool the room enough, the room was outdated, the staff was cold and the gentlemen’s helping me check in kept interrupting me as I provided him information. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

Excellent Staff, Aging Facility Issues

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! This would have been a stay that upset me had it not been for them. Go see Ruby for a coffee! She is the best! Also Alesandria at the front desk was amazing. And don't miss Hilton the Cat . Such a sweet story! These are great people that work there and overcame the age and issues of the property.
Disliked: This is an old Hilton hotel that was divested. It has potential, but needs renovations. The water came out cloudy, sheets felt starched and hard, the toilet broke in my first room so I moved to a room with a broken a/c. The third room was good but the bathroom was so small you could barely use the toilet with the door closed. The noise from the other rooms was miserable. The water came out of the tap cloudy so I had to buy bottled water.
