Bad experience, with staff (Bella)...

Liked: The hotel is quite old, however well maintained, the room sizes are somehow decent...
Disliked: Very rude staff (Specially bella) with attitude and no common sense at all, and when she has nothing else to say, she accuses people for being unpolite...the entire stay their system was down, couldnt get the rooms unless accompanied by staff as the access cards werent working in the elevator or the room.

Disliked: Very dated and no hot tub or pool . A no pool notice was sent after my reservation was made. Photos of a pool should be removed from their website.

Disappointing

Liked: Staff was professional and respectful
Disliked: The internet system was down and the hotel could not issue room keys. The refrigerator had a running stain in the back and had to be replaced. I never received a receipt for this stay.

Liked: The hotel was having computer issues but the staff was extremely accommodating, police, and quick to help with everything! The Valet was also excellent!
