The room was nice. Bathroom a bit small; elevators noisy but well worth it for the charm of the building if you like history.

Liked: It's antiquity and location.
Disliked: The cost of in room water.

Liked: Classy lobby. Friendly bellman and easy front desk check-in experience.
Disliked: The room was tiny. I have not seen a smaller room since I stayed at the NYC YMCA in 1968. It was located in an almost secret location at the end of a maze of hallways. The only way it could be further from the elevator is if it were in another building.

Liked: Staff was A++
Disliked: Cleanliness, room 1411 the bathroom needs a deep cleaning look at back of door is that black mold? Also clean the grates in the air fan they were filthy gross. Not with the money or stay.

Liked: The staff were amazing! Hotel employee in particular. I loved that they gave plenty of free water. It was nice that the Starbucks and shop were right there.
Disliked: It wasnt as close to the convention center as I had hoped - walking was an option but would have taken more time than I really had. It is more dated, everything seems a litttle old and warn. I WISH THEY HAD A MINI FRIDGE!

Liked: We had a great stay at the Omni, from the beginning at check in to the ease of leaving. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The location is easy to get around to all locations, very walkable location. Highly recommend this historic hotel.

Disliked: The room and bathroom were so small for two beds. Hard to walk around. The room was dark with no light and window was so small I felt I was in a basement.
