It is an extremely nice hotel; great amenities. Great views of downtown Dallas and convenient to concert location. The bed was comfortable and bathrooms nice and big. The hotel has 3 restaurants, but I only went to the sport bar and grill that has 100s of TVs, great prices, and good food. Great overall experience.

Liked: The food that we could get was very good; beds were very nice; room was great after we figured out to use the green switch.
Disliked: No soda machines; places to eat shut down too early.

Booked hotel for my son to attend Linkin Park Concert. Was very impressed with ease of checking in and also extending our stay. Hotel was quite impressive and quality matched some mid eastern 5* hotels I have stayed in.

Liked: Everything else.
Disliked: Pricey.

Excellent Stay at a Great...

Liked: The customer service at the Omni is outstanding. Our room was spotless, the restaurant selections were excellent and the room service was efficient and friendly. Our beds were comfortable and the bathtub in the room was great. This is an exceptional hotel.
Disliked: The pillows could be more firm. Other than that, everything was great.
