Liked: The hotel was very nice. Grand entrance, nice amenities.
Disliked: Because the system was down the entire time of our trip, we were forced to rely on employees to grant access to our rooms and pool area. We didn’t feel comfortable coming and going as we pleased and felt obligated to keep tipping everyone. It also forced us to use up a good portion of the cash we brought on the trip. While I appreciate this was not the property’s fault, there was no compensation of any kind from Omni for the hassle it added to the entire stay.

Disliked: Location. Wall paper coming off in bathroom.Sofa in room was not clean.I left an expensive pair of sun glasses in my room,By mistake. I called yesterday, call went to voice mail. Left message to call me, hopefully to retrieve my glasses. NO call back

Liked: Location was perfect for nearby attractions. Hotel was very pretty and clean. Valet staff was nice and timely in retrieving the cars. NO stress here!! Thumbs up!
Disliked: The street noise was sometimes too much but it didn't go on all night so it wasn't too bad.
