It was alright

Liked: The location was easy to find.
Disliked: Everytime I went to the front desk, the staff was on their phone and not paying attention.

Very clean and easy access from the freeway, a clean, quiet place to stay and attended conference.

Liked: Clean, comfy bed. Enough space, refrigerator (needed it for insulin) Helpful staff, easy check-in/check-out. Was there for a conference. It had a beautiful outdoor pool area and I wished I had more time to enjoy that. There was also a small store for snacks and toiletries in the lobby.
Disliked: The room had a "City View" was on a high floor. However the glass in window had been cracked and sealed over with tape. This frightened me a bit.

Liked: The lobby was very nice.
Disliked: I had issues with the bathroom door and the security lock working.

It was a quick trip to Austin and after a long day it was great to come back and relax!

Liked: Front desk greeted us with a smile and gave information about parking downtown.
