Liked: Nice updated suites with jacuzzi and clean area.
Disliked: The staff. There was an Arab man as receptionist and he was rude and uptight. On a New Year’s Eve night. You want to charge people $400/night plus force us to pay $500 in security deposit yet ONLY mentioned about this AFTER INPAID for the room. Say if I did not have a credit card or $500 they wouldn’t even refund my room rate since it was already paid for and no refunds. I hate places like this who feel they can do whatever they want and get away with it since it’s the holidays people will just end up paying but the audacity of them!! Unbelievable! Literally 1hr into our room, while I was relaxing in the jacuzzi, the phone kept ringing (receptionist calling, bothering since my husband was smoking metres from the hotel room when it should be 9… really though? The call lasted exactly 2nibs and 14seconds before they disconnected… then, we went out to grab some drinks and once we pulled into the hotel parking lot we get harassed by the Laval police asking us stupid questions about why and what are we doing in this hotel etc etc (check up due to many driving under the influence of alcohol or other narcotics). Noticed this hotel is a prostitution spot and this is why it’s always hot here due to activities like this. The NEVER for this hotel and it’s management to have the audacity to over charge customers like that!!! We never even experienced this at other multi billion dollar companies such as Sheraton, Hilton, Mariott or the Westin!! I hope booking and the owner sees this review because they need to do better!!
