Homely B&B in a superb...
Liked: Superb location just off Duval Street. Beautiful small courtyard garden for breakfast and sitting out in the evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Parking is expensive, so we took advantage of their discounted rate a a garage a few blocks away.
Disliked: You pay top dollar at weekends, but we won’t return so didn’t mind splashing out.

Exceptional
Liked: It's a classic B&B/inn place, with lots of character. The breakfast, while a buffet, was unexpectedly nice--lots of options of very high quality food.

An aging lady in the...
Liked: The property is in the center of town, and right around the corner from Duval Street-a perfect location. The historic building and gardens are very quaint and charming. A fun place to explore and hang out. The staff was really great, and fun to talk to about Key West. We loved our stay though it was not quite what we expected from the photos and based on the cost. Still worth it, though! The quirks and age are part of the charm.
Disliked: Although the photos and listing make it seem otherwise, the pool is not near the main house and outbuildings. If you are in the main house or on the main property, you probably will not use it. You have to walk around the block to get to it. There is only one parking spot on the property, and the garage they have access to is about 6 blocks away. It's not a bad walk and the location is very safe, but do not expect to have a car close by. You do not need a car to get around Key West- a bike or on foot is best-but be aware you will probably park your car and leave it in the garage. The property has not been updated or renovated in many years-outlets are loose and in difficult places, paint is peeling in a few spots, but air-conditioning works well, and the quirks are part of the charm. Just based on the price I was expecting a little better upkeep. It's still charming and a perfect spot!
