Disliked: Everything. I'm a disabled veteran and my wife has a heart condition. We have 3 trained service dogs to help with our medical conditions. They are registered and very well trained service dogs. I explained to her that they are service animals. Unknowing to me she called my wife into her office without me present. I'm a professional dog trainer and volunteer my services to veterans fir free. The lady at the counter made my wife sign a statement saying we'd be required to pay fir specialized cleaning. I knew then that she was gonna use any reason possible to charge us. She took $250 from our account and said our dogs stained her carpets and a throw rug. That's simply not true. The throw rug looked like it came from goodwill and cost $2. The carpet was old and dated and very dark green. She took advantage of a disabled veteran.

Liked: Situated in the perfect spot to get to all main attractions with ease, outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, but only a 5ish minute drive from Branson

Liked: Very nice place. Very clean. My room was ready hours before check in and they personally called me to let me know how to get into my room and check in was already done. Check out was easy also. Just a couple of very simple quick steps online. Would definitely stay here again.
