“Partial view” can be very...

Liked: The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool, patio and Tiki hut were well maintained and offered the true tropical atmosphere.
Disliked: Upon arrival we were given a room on the 2nd floor with our “partial view” was of the roof top air conditioners right off the balcony. We asked for a different room but we’re told they had no other rooms to offer. I was kept awake from the constant humming of the units. The next day I demanded a different room and later that day the complied. The new room was on the 9th floor with a nice view.

Overall, we were pleased with...

Liked: The beach was beautiful, parking was convenient. Most of the staff were friendly. The grounds were kept very clean.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn't vacuum at all, so we had sand on our floor throughout our stay. They also missed our room one day and we didn't get fresh towels brought to us even after requesting them.

Liked: the location. the fact it was right on the beach was nice.
Disliked: MOLD in the room several areas ..ceiling..wall.. door frames..bath room..fridge seal ..Good thing i dnt have a mold allegry or i would have been misserable. Paid for breakfast very limited meal options for kids ..cold cereal would b a good option or donuts. new part of hotel is beautiful but old part needs updated n cleaned better. no room service unless requested .

I would rather just pay...

Liked: The property is right on the beach
Disliked: I didn’t like how stingy they were with towels and the restaurant and bar closes by 10 PM. They need to have a little shopping area in the lobby that is open late. With food and drinks. Most people are there on vacation keep in mind. anytime I wanted food past 10 PM. We had to get an Uber or get delivery. Hassle.

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Our room was right next to a room that was being renovated so lots of noise, the balcony overlooked a dirty rooftop and was an obstructed view and of course lots of noise from the room next door being renovated could not enjoy myself on the balcony. The staff over charged on the deposit when it clearly stated a different amount when booking. I paid for parking with valet and then the staff tried to have me repay when checking out stating I was suppose to pay them and not valet. Valet requested the money upon arrival and the staff never asked for the money when checking in as I confirmed I had already paid the valet.
