Liked: We decided to take a 3 generation girls trip for my daughters 24th Bday. Rafael found out that the Grandmother was joining us on vacation and made our stay absolutely wonderful by upgrading us to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean front suite! We could not have been more happy with our stay. Everything we needed was right there and we had no need to go anywhere. Thank you Rafael and Ocean Manor Beach Hotel for a wonderful visit full of memories that we will cherish a lifetime. We will certainly be back.
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: The tiki bar and Italian restaurant were great! The location was also tough to beat!
Disliked: The staff and customer service was very bad. There was always at least a 20 minute wait to get a pool towel- as the people working there were often not there. The beach chair and umbrella rental staff was extremely rude. They ran out of umbrellas.

Liked: Location best. Win Dixie CVS close by. Beach and Greek Islands restaurant close by. Lauderdale by the Sea walking distance.
Disliked: Internet connectivity issues with TV

Liked: Location was great. Staff were great. Pool cld be cleaner.
Disliked: Paying to rent chairs. It should be included in a resort fee. Also, the daily parking rate was very high.

Liked: Loved our whole entire experience! Breakfast and coffee on the beach. Extremely nice workers. Clean room and just a walk away from everything
