Never again. I'll tell people never to stay in this horrible place!

Disliked: TV did not work. The only remedy the operator offered was to press the up and down button several times, like we have moron brains. The last straw that made us leave prematurely was the fire alarm that went off twice very early in the morning, made everyone go down the exit stairs twice, only to find out that it was triggered by a broken sprinkler!

Great hotel stay! Thank you. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful. Easy walk to The Paramount.

A great price and conveniently close to the Fox Theater! We stayed overnight on New Year's Eve after seeing the Primus concert, and couldn't be happier. A clean, comfortable room and a friendly hotel staff made this stay very pleasing overall. Thanks! We'll definitely be back.

Booked my room the day of my arrival. They had everything on file and ready to go when I arrived. Great location for downtown Oakland. Easy access to Jack London Square or Lake Merritt.

Liked: Valet parking, friendly hotel staff, quick booking and check- in
Disliked: Really loud neighbors
