I stay at this hotel once or twice a year. The rooms are very clean and front desk personnel are very pleasant. I recommend it to my travel colleagues when in Springfield.

Liked: The breakfast offered a vast selection, including scrambled eggs with toppings, sausage links and a waffle station, in addition to room temp or cold items. The Lobby and breakfast room were gorgeous and recently updated. It was nice to have an elevator for those who couldn't climb the stairs.I loved the option of the two-room suite that was very spacious. Loved the mini fridge/microwave/sink area between the bedrooms and the large bathroom, plus oversized desk.
Disliked: I felt like the carpet and walls in the hallways by the rooms were dated, but the rest of the facility and rooms was nice. The sofa bed mattress was as horrible as most of those are. The sofa bed is near the door so noise from the hallway can keep the person sleeping there up at night.
