Best place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, very clean room and facilities. Quiet and cozy. Very nice staff. Comfy beds and nice sized rooms.
Disliked: Nothing

Lacking basics, but relatively pleasant...

Liked: Bernie’s Diner for breakfast next door was convenient. I appreciated free parking in the garage. The hotel lobby was gorgeous and the staff was very pleasant to deal with at check-in. DirectTV was a nice unexpected bonus. Bed was comfortable. Local breweries and restaurants nearby were fun.
Disliked: King Suite was poorly designed and outdated. Lighting was insufficient in the room. No refrigerator in the room and the TVs were very small. This is outside the hotel’s control, but Billings locals revving their car engines and drag racing from light to light on 27th and 28th at 1:30 in the morning was loud and noticeable on the north side of the building.

Liked: Restaurants, Ten had one of the best meals I have ever ordered and Bernie's was fun and good food at a great price.

Liked: Location great. Staff was good, especially the valet. Bernie’s restaurant was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. Very much appreciated the airport shuttle.
Disliked: The lack of ways to charge my phone and other devices. There were ports available, but they didn’t work. Housekeeping did not vacuum the floor the one day of several that I requested them to clean my room. I would’ve liked coffee available in the lobby for a longer period of time or coffee in the rooms.

Liked: Not much to be honest the staff were not helpful. They kept treating me like i wasnt a guest who paid to be there. Piss poor service.
Disliked: The parking garage,the staff, and the crowd of downtown.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable room, bed, comfortable chairs for reading and using laptop, walk-in shower,
Disliked: We missed having a refrigerator. There were enough lamps, but they were all dim.
