Amazing! Had such a great...

Liked: The location is PERFECT! The neighbourhood has such a amazing vibe!
Disliked: Would love to see Tea in the rooms… but the deli across the road can fill that void!

Fantastic front desk service

Liked: Beautiful lobby and convenient location. Made great use of the room space
Disliked: Lobby to elevator to hallway felt very cramped and almost like I was using an industrial service access

Nice room but service could...

Liked: The Location was excellent. Room had a great view and was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel advertised bicycles. Only 1 was available because they did not have locks for the others. We stayed 6 nights and they did not manage to get new locks in 6 days , this is NYC , if they cared they would have sorted out the locks in a day. The staff were hit and miss. Some completely disinterested and couldn't even get us a glass of water on arrival. Others were really helpful. It would be great to have some water and a kettle in the room.

Clean room with great shower...

Liked: Superb location north of little Italy and china town, east of soho, near east village Way better than midtown for cool things to do and nice vibe places to eat and drink in.Balcony overlooking Kenmare.Clean room with great shower and comfy bed - what more do you need?
Disliked: NYC prices for hotel rooms
