Liked: Awesome view of the falls
Disliked: The elevators were always full and really busy it was quicker to take the stairs even if you’re on the 10th floor.

Nice place but needs complete...

Liked: Nice area.
Disliked: Not complete things no toothpaste & disposal slipper & no wine glass,no mugs.

Liked: The staff were extremely amazing, room view, proximity to the event we attended.
Disliked: Housekeeping out of 6 nights stay we only had our room cleaned 2 times. Not 1 time were our towels taken from the bathroom while placed were they said to get new ones.

Disliked: They didn’t have a microwave in the room

Liked: It was very clean and the location was perfect for us. We were there for a cheer competition which was across the street and very convenient.
Disliked: I requested a later check out (1:00) but they weren’t able to accommodate even though the room wasn’t being serviced or used right afterwards.Also, it was a very busy weekend and the elevator waits were very long.

Liked: Great view of the falls. Comfortable bed. Clean room
Disliked: The room had a baby powder scent to it. Not my preference but if someone was sensitive to scents, keep this in mind.
