Liked: All requests were answered promptly and to our satisfaction

Fantastic views, but dirty windows.

Liked: Great view.
Disliked: Car park and breakfast should be included in the already outrageous price.

Disliked: That wasn’t the service i expected the spa was closed and its only couple days a week plus as always no parking, and if you want a parking you will be paying too much.

Liked: Amazing 16th floor Falls View Room. There are plenty of areas to sit and take in the view of the falls.
Disliked: $39 a day parking not even on the property is a disappointment. $59 a day for valet is unaffordable when you're already stretching the budget to stay in a nice hotel.
