expensive hotel with limited facilities

Liked: location.. ocean front
Disliked: no facilities for dinner/ lunch

Liked: The location. There was several dining options a few blocks away after I discovered Kitchen 305 was closed.
Disliked: No restaurants on the premises. My key did not work. I had to go back to the front desk several times to have my key rekeyed.

Good

Liked: poole area was awsome
Disliked: rooms needs remodeling

Liked: The location - right on the beach, was superb! Great partial ocean view from the balcony. Very reasonably priced for the location compared to other hotels in the area.
Disliked: The rooms are definitely dated, but not bad enough to keep me from coming back!

Overall the room and view...

Liked: The location was great for us, being close enough to walk to Haulover. Cappuccinos has good coffee. The beach area was nice and well kept
Disliked: The prices at the pool side bar were high. The staff never replaced the in room coffee, even when we left notes.

Bad

Liked: The outside pool area was nice, but closed early
Disliked: The room was a disgrace. Had mold in bathroom The jet tubs didn’t work. They didn’t clean the room all the time. And when they did they barely cleaned. Things were broken and falling apart

Superb

Liked: Location and evening front desk staff.
Disliked: restaurant not being open.

Liked: The location was great. The staff was pretty good. The prices were expected from a resort.
Disliked: There was insane noise on our floor until 3am. After repeated attempts to call security to quiet the unruly patrons down...it did not happen. The manager said he would credit me back some of the money but I haven't seen anything yet. Probably wont go back
