It was great.

Liked: The hotel was in a good location. We mostly used metro and the hotel was only few minutes walk from the station. Also only 2-3 minutes walk from 9/11. Very close to Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge.The restaurant in the hotel was great.Hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming and super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant staff was not as friendly as the hotel staff. Also the restaurant staff at night time are much much nicer and 100 times more friendly and welcoming than the morning staff.

Liked: Perfectly clean hotel with duvets changed for each tenant. Very nice space in the rooms. A stone's throw from the memorial. The room cleaning staff are lovely. Perfect fitness room. Be aware that the money blocked at the time of booking is only refunded upon departure from the hotel and cannot be used to pay for it. This is definitely a deposit. Your credit card must be able to keep up. Thank you for everything. We will come back.
