Disliked: That the ice machine was broke on the floor I was on which was the 6fl. As well didn't have a bath tub I requested for the room.

Liked: I loved that there were restaurants near by, and delicious may I add. Walking in the hotel we were greeted with smiles, and asked a question, they really cared about my response. Definitely will come back in the near future.

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. Hotel is very nice and location is optimal.

Poor

Liked: The front desk check very friendly.
Disliked: The fan and air conditioning in the room did not work. Maintenance came around made adjustment. However, it shut down at 11:30 pm and we were told open window. It was 39 degrees outside and on 15th floor not very good solution. Also told it was old building nothing they could do. Note I booked this hotel for night to get restful night and to be closer to start of New York Half Marathon. Due to hot temperature in room not a good night rest before running the half marathon.

Liked: Loved the location, the staff were very helpful and the beds were super comfortable
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room, only a cooler but this didn't seem to be working
