I would tell other travelers to say at another hotel!

Cons:  The valet service is HORRIBLE. They bust my tire and the manager refused to give me the receipt. I had to request to speak to a manager. She was very unprofessional. The manager, Tyrone, was nice and helpful.

Great location to everything casino, French Quarters, all tours I took I walked to pickups,I was there for NCAA Women's basketball final 4, representatives were there with vital information!!! Dream trip!!!!

Pros:  I enjoyed my stay, staff was extremely helpful no matter what my needs were.
Cons:  I ate in hotel resturant on a rainy day would love to see more menu items!!! Service was great and the food I had there was great!!
