Five fully equipped meeting rooms are available on site, as well as a kitchen for cookery classes and a creative area for relaxed breaks. You also find a unique ballroom with wonderful views. Area Information

The resort enjoys an idyllic location at the foot of the extinct Auerberg volcano. It is surrounded by vast forests, and lies 6 kilometres from the historic city of Stolberg. Attractions in the surrounding area include the world’s largest iron Patriarchal cross, a coin minting factory and Germany’s largest karst caves.

Hotel Policies

POLICIES: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 6 years are welcome. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All children from 12 to 18 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
