Liked: Nothing cause I wasn't able to check in
Disliked: That I booked a room and when I arrived I was told that I wouldn't get charged and I did and had no where to sleep.

We stayed because of the...

Liked: The location and loved the sculpture in the lobby
Disliked: The metal bed frame that stuck out and I and my friend whacked our shins with a bruise left ... on arrival I asked if there was a cart and the guy at the desk said...they're around...and went back to his computer screen...other than that everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Bad

Liked: Easily accessible from the freeway, had a restaurant in the hotel.
Disliked: Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet was filled with God knows what. Had to be moved from the room. They told us maintenance or a maid were not available to help. Such an inconvenience because the place only has one elevator. Carpets were dirty. Looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. Linen was stained. Keys didn't work. We had to keep going to the front desk to get them reprogrammed.
