Good location with quiet rooms

Liked: Located close to French Quarter and public transport. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Disliked: We would have liked to be able to open a window for some fresh air instead of only relying on the airconditioning. Nowadays, more hotels offer televisions with Apple Airplay. That would be nice to have.

A decent stay

Liked: Hotel was beautiful and located in a great location.
Disliked: Most of the staff is lazy, the phone is hardly answered no matter what time of day you called and everyone says “I’ll let my manager know” when an issue is presented. Valet service was horrible!
