It was bad before I got to the door of the room. Was asked smoking or non smoking room and requested a non smoking room. The door had damage done to it and when I got the door opened the room and beds were trashed and was hit with the strong smell of smoke. When I went back to the desk she did not sound surprised at all. I even checked in after the scheduled check in time. I even woke up very early so I could leave earlier. Stay away.

Disliked: I booked a deluxe room with a fridge and microwave and the room that they had was no good. So they put us in the room without the microwave and fridge and I still paid full price for the deluxe I asked for a refund of the difference since I did not stay in a room I paid for but absolutely no one from there ever replied nor did I get the difference back. I'm a little upset about that.
