It was okay and if...
Liked: We liked the room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom tub was stained; however, it was expected based off reviews. It was close to everything we wanted to do. It served its purpose for the little time needed while visiting New Orleans. The bed was spacious, but the mattress and pillows were hard; however, for the price it was expected.
Disliked: We didn't like the smell of the hallways and people sitting at the door entrance smoking cigarettes. We didn't like the mattress it was hard.

Great location. Very clean.
Liked: Bathroom and room were very nice sized for a handicap room. Very clean. Centrally located to shopping and food. We could bring our dogs. Pet friendly.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. We understand the motel is under construction. Bare bones room without storage, no extra comfortable seating, no coffee pot, strong chlorine smell.
