Not a plesent stay

Liked: It was close to fast food spots
Disliked: When I arrived my room key didn't work, I had to have it fixed literally every night. My room was towards the back , so loud freeway noise. People were hanging out on the stairs getting drunk or high. At 4 am on Sunday morning there was a domestic fight between a couple in the next room. They were hitting each other and throwing stuff in the balcony. I wouldn't stay there again , even if you paid me.

Non- smoking room smelled really...

Disliked: Non- smoking room smelled really bad. My all clothes soaked with that smell after 1 night.

Used to be my go to. Not anymore. Certain staff members should learn to treat people better.

Liked: There is a staff member there, a male who usually works nights. I know he's just doing his job but I've always had a positive experience here. We had gotten evicted and I'm pregnant and we had stayed there and returned to get another night and this guy didn't let us rent a room because my husband's ID was expired. We're homeless basically but my husband offered for just me to stay and he'd go to his sister's house but even then the guy said no because I had already tried to get a room. I get it. But I mean a little sympathy could've been nice. Especially being pregnant and us always choosing this location to be at but not anymore.
Disliked: The male staff member. Don't know his name.
